This schedule reflects the classes that we are currently offering at our South Hills CrossFit facility, it is not set in stone though. If it is necessary to switch a class into a different time slot we will do that. We will also offer more classes as it becomes necessary.
Our classes work on a 4 week month. So, If you sign up for 2 days a week you will get 8 classes a month, if you sign up for 3 days a week you will get 12 classes a month, and so on, and so on.
The majority of our classes will be during the week, but there will be a few Saturday classes. Depending on client demand we may open up a Sunday class as well.
The sign ups will allow for you to sign up for 2, 3, and 5 days a week. We want you to be on a schedule so that you can plan your work/school/athletics and still attend as many classes as possible. If you need to miss a class you can speak to your trainer and try to setup a makeup class. You will have to speak to your trainer ahead of time with a good excuse (oversleeping only works in college!)
