I saw your Groupon offer for Kettlebell Cardio. I am interested in Kettlebell, but think the Kettlebell basic class would be more my speed (recovering from injuries and don’t want to push it). Is the groupon valid for 10 basic classes? Or is the basic class an introductory class and you transition to the Cardio? Please advise. I live in the South Side and was excited to see you offer Kettlebell.

I was wondering if the unlimited membership includes both the bethal park gym as well as the Southside gym? I live in Bridgeville but am in the city a lot so if it includes both that would be prefect for me.

I've been maintaining…I stopped losing so I need to kick it up a notch. I've only done spinning once but will surely do it again. I need a big seat #FullCoverage lol

Once u see the results u won't need anything else. Make sure they give u a trial run to see if u will like it. Should offer 3 free classes

I am interested in trying crossfit. I was wondering how to get started, I saw a groupon for a discounted fee, but am not sure which classes are included and how to go about the ‘onramp’ evaluation before beginning.

Do you offer any deals for families or couples who would like to join? My wife and I are interested in the unlimited package but the cost of us both going is a little high. We have priced other crossfit gyms and they offer couples/family packages but we have attended a few classes at your gym and would like to continue going.

Hi, I just paid for a 10 class punch card for Cross Fit classes. It looks like that's the same price as the unlimited monthly card. Is there a way to transfer my 10 class punch card to the unlimited? Thanks.

I was there for crossfit basic on saturday but was unable to make it sunday for the second part. Which day should I come in to graduate the basic to regular crossfit?

Hey guys, my boyfriend and I will be in town (from Charlotte, NC) for a national gymnastics congress and I wanted to know what the drop in rate would be for us both for Thursday and Friday. I read the drop in rate is $22, so would it be $88 for two days? We would be attending the 12:15pm class at your south side location, unless you have some sort of open gym (we follow invictus) not listed on your schedule.

Thanks,
Brittany

I bought the groupon for the South Park gym. The groupon reads that you have to take basic classes if you have never done crossfit. I havent seen Basics on the schedule for the past two weeks. Is it required to take the basics first? and if so, how often are the basic classes?
