It is the perfect time to get on Track with your new years weight loss.
In this challenge you will have your choice of 3 of our coaches to work with on an 8 week journey for weight loss. You will be placed in a small group of no more than 8 people (spots will fill up quickly).
The coaches are Kylie, Shannon, and Jim.
During the 8 weeks you will get personalized diet evaluation by your coach. A weekly workout and meeting to keep you on track and make sure that you are making progress. Guidance and individualized motivation from your coach. A start of weight loss weigh that includes bodyweight and body fat percentage as well as a final weight loss and body fat assessment to track your progress.
Make sure you are able to attend your coaches class and time. You only need to make it to your coaches class

The challenge starts one week from today on Monday the 20th.
