The best ways to get better at a movement as tough as a thruster is to do the movement efficiently.
Doing a movement efficiently allows you to do it faster, with less effort and move more weight with less force.
Even though Fran uses only 95 pounds for a thruster, many events in competition call for a 1 rep max thruster or even an ultra heavy 3 or 5 rep max. That is why whether you are looking to compete in the games or just shave some time off of your Fran you’re gonna need to learn this move.
