Spartacus Workout and 300 Workouts
The TV series Spartacus has made huge waves in the television industry for both its entertaining plot as well as great athletic abilities of its actors.

The actors in Spartacus workout in a very similar style to CrossFit. they utilize the high intensity group workout dynamic in order to see great results. And the results really show.
The goal of the actors on the show is to get a full body workout that works each piece of your body rather than working one muscle group individually.
The result of the Spartacus workout is a lean and sculpted body that is functional as a gladiator, an actor and an athlete. This is the exact same dynamic as CrossFit.
