Welcome to the Danger zone of CrossFit Checkers
Here are the rules…..
Teams of 2 players
Rule number 1 in Round one you have 20 seconds to complete a move
Rule number 2 You must complete two jumping jacks before making a move (each player must do two)
Rule number 3 To complete your move all players must be out of the Checker Board
Rule number 4 Before jumping over another team’s checker one player from your team must complete a box jump
Rule number 5 If your team if jumped by the other team both players must complete two burpees before you can start your move
Rule 6 if your team does not complete a move you automatically lose the game.
Rule 7 If you make it to the second round of the tournament the time goes from 20 seconds to 25 seconds, and the number of reps doubles 4 jumping jacks, 4 burpees, 2 box jumps….
