We are talking Back Squats today. First things First you need to make sure that your chest is not folded over when you do a rep.
A lot of people I see they go straight down instead of sitting back. And what that does is it folds your back over and you are not going to be able to maintain the bar on your back. So I am going to grab this thing, my hands are going to be even as I grab it.
Now I am going to turn around just for the video. But what I want is, check out my knees when I sit my knees go wide. I’m sitting my butt back. When I sit my knees go wide, my knees are going wide, the bar is over the center of my foot.
You will notice that my chest stays up the bar is staying over the center of my foot. And then you can drive back up. My chest stays up my eyes stay forward.
You can maintain all sorts of balance on the way down, and explode on the way up. You want to make sure that you don’t hunch or fold over
