Wrestling has been known forever as a sport where training is everything.  You need to be:

1. Strong from head to toe

2. Flexible in all of your muscles

3. Balanced in any position imaginable

4. explosive from anywhere on the mat.

5. Muscle endurance so that you can handle 3 full rounds without losing any of the above attributes

We will use rings to develop incredible stabilizer muscle strength to help with powerful balance when you are locked up.  We will do full body olympic lifts that will make you strong and lean, but also increase your flexibility.  We will do power lifts to help you develop the “brute” strength that you need to lock up and score the takedown or pin.  We will hit pull ups for multiple angles that will help not only your lats, but also your core and grip strength.  And, we will develop your mental toughness to be able to focus for 3 full rounds
