Tennis is changing everyday.  The players are getting stronger, faster, and more explosive.  If you train like players did 10 years ago you will be behind the top players in the country.  What is it that you need to develop in order to play at a high level:

1. Total leg strength so that you can load your body and stay low through the shot

2. Speed and Agility so that you can get to balls anywhere on or around the court

3. Core strength for turning your hips into the ball

4. Hand eye coordination to strike the ball in the proper position

Tennis Sprints
We will work a diverse selection of weight equipment so that you will be able to adapt to any type of opponent and match that you will have to play against.  We will work agility and speed through ladders, over and around cones, over boxes with box jumps, and with speed ropes.  We will use barbells and kettlebells to develop the strength you will need to get low to the ball and explode into it.  We will work hand eye coordination with different ball and anticipation drills.  And, we will help you achieve the confidence and focus that you will need to play each point with passion and focus
