Football


Not only will we help you with your overall football strength and speed skills, we will help you for the position that you are playing.  Are you a skill player such as a running back or receiver?  If so you will need:

1. Power mixed with speed

2. Extremely Agile Feet

3. Great Hand Eye Coordination

But, if you are one of the bigger players on the offensive or defensive line you will want to:

1. Add strength and bulk

2. Have fast arms and feet to beat your opponent off of the ball

We will put you under a barbell where you will work power lifts, olympic lifts, and full body movements to make your entire body strong.  Depending on your specific needs for your position we will scale the weight and rep scheme properly to help you lean out or bulk up.  We will work with you on balance during situations where you are taking on impact (tackling or being tackled).  We will help develop your legs so that you can run powerfully North and South but also be able to cut on a dime to go East and West.  We will help build you from the core so that you will be the one inflicting the majority of the impact.  And, we will help you mentally to anticipate plays before they develop so that you can be the first person on the ball
