Form and technique are essential to fitness and athletics but they are often overlooked. At Integrated Fitness we spend a great deal of time picking apart your technique to help make your movement and lifts as efficient as possible. Strength isn’t just about big muscles, it’s about speed, flexibility, mental setup, and efficiency. As you couple them together you will see tremendous improvements in your movements. Those improvements will lead to similar improvements on the field, court, mat, or rink.

A great way to make fast improvements in your technique is with private training. When you work one on one with our trainers you will get:

- A great workout: they will break down your form and help you rebuild it with the proper habits.
- They will help you take the pressure off of your back, knees, ankles, neck, and other joints that shouldn’t be pressured.
- Once you are moving safely they will teach you how to increase explosiveness, strength, and speed
- Once you are moving efficiently they will teach you how to turn your new found skills into positive results on and off of the field.

Personal training is a fantastic way to supplement your class workouts. Our trainers have extensive experience in a great deal of sports and they will customize your private training to build your body in the proper way for your sport or discipline.
