What is KETTLEBELL CARDIO?
KETTLEBELL CARDIO is an amazing Kettlebell Program that utilizes fast safe and effective ways of building strength muscle endurance as well as coordination. Unlike workouts that use Dumbbells or Barbells, Kettlebells use fluid motions that allow the weight to move seamlessly around your body giving you a multidimensional workout with a low impact on your body and amazing results.
The program was Founded By Joe Vennare and Anthony Vennare of Hybrid Athlete as a way to improve athletic performance, burn fat, and build athletes in a fun and easy to do environment.
But don’t kid yourself regardless of your athletic ability coming into this class it will be a challenging and doable workout. That means if you are new to working out or a seasoned athlete this is a class that can accommodate you get you into better shape and push your limits if you would like.

Instead of catering to experienced or tactical athletes, Kettlebell Cardio has become the on- ramp to kettlebell training. From the design of our swing to the structure of our classes, KBC is the safest and most effective method to train with a kettlebell, regardless of your previous exercise experience. While other “hardcore” kettlebell programs focus their training on the amount of weight lifted or a number of repetitions completed for time, KBC emphasizes functional movements, completed with proper form, to safely improve strength and cardiovascular performance.”
