Mission Statement
Here at Integrated Fitness we are focused on ensuring each athlete grows toward reaching their goals. Whether it is playing a pro sport, losing weight for summer, or gaining that extra edge of confidence in the boardroom we stand by our athletes every step of the way.
What we offer
We combine the best parts of CrossFit, sport specific training, mental toughness, yoga and Olympic powerlifting to give you the absolute best possible results. What allows us to give each athlete great results is learning about them, building their strengths while eliminating their weakness.
Who we are?
Jim Crowell and Josh Bobrowsky are the owners at Integrated Fitness. Both Josh and Jim grew up in Pittsburgh.
Josh Specializes in the Internet and web marketing contracts and real estate aspects of the business. Josh has a diverse background in business having owned multiple businesses in Pittsburgh.
Jim is the head trainer at Integrated Fitness and is responsible for programming as well as the coaching. Jim was a has an impressive background having been a scholarship awarded athlete at Penn State for Tennis.
Jim has a natural ability to lead by building the people around him stronger both physically and mentally.
Who is Integrated Fitness for?
People of any athletic level who are dedicated to working hard and improvement.
Who is Integrated Fitness not for?
We welcome people of all athletic levels, however this is a place that people come to get results. That means you must come here to work hard and have fun. We expect you to give your personal best every day you walk through the door. In exchange we promise the same back, every day you are here we give our absolute best to help you get better.
What if I have not been active for a few years ?
We absolutely want you here, if you are willing to put in the effort we promise to do the same.
If I am in amazing shape will I be in a class with other people like me?
Yes! Our classes range from beginner CrossFit to the ultra-advanced underground classes with many levels in between. Beginner classes start-off with low intensity helping our athletes perfect their form. At the other end of the spectrum we train professional athletes who are at the peak of their game, and take them to the next level.
What equipment will I be using?
We have a wide range of equipment ranging from kettlebells, to free-weights, to tractor tires and sledge hammers. Every class has different workouts so you don’t do the same routine twice It will be fun!
