For those of you that believe fitness is a “young man’s game” you may not have seen Johanna Quaas. She is an 86 year old accomplished gymnast who exhibits amazing strength balance and agility.
Fitness is about much more than losing 5 pounds for your spring break trip or looking better naked. Its a lifestyle that can enhance the quality of your life, for your entire life.
Johanna is an inspiration, exhibiting better gymnastic abilities and body control in her 80s than most 20 year olds in the general population.
